Job description:

1.Will be responsible for managing showroom sales, managing & developing a team of sales professionals to meet set targets. 2. Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. 3. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales. 4. Protects Employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. 5. Responding to customer complaints and comment. 6. Updating staffs on business performance, new initiative and other pertinent issue. 7. Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issue.
