This Villa technique reduces environmental pollution and construction
waste while at the same time achieves cost minimization of overall
building project. Surprisingly, developers not only constructed the whole building in 3
hours but they ensured to make it a prefect ready to move in home in
only 3 hours time. The villa was integrated with interior decoration,
electrical wiring, kitchen sanitary ware, plumbing and furniture. All
this was achieved with the help of coordinated effort by small group of
workers and a crane. They started with living room and thereafter
assembled bedroom followed by kitchen and bathroom on first level of the
villa. The second level/floor was formed with a terrace, utility rooms
and bedroom.
