Regardless to say how much important is to check your nanny’s background. Do not depend on the nanny agency’s background check. If you trust the agency, you should make sure that they dug in to nanny’s past and did not miss any record. At the nanny interview, ask for multiple picture identity cards from nanny. Also every other important details such as address, former residences, medication need if there any, certain religious practices, relative and their contact in formations etc. After the two interviews you can arrange trial runs with nannies that you are satisfied. If possible ask for feedback from the child. A child always warms up to a good nanny.

It would be a rare fool, who would come around here and have the nerve to admit to thinking that stay at home moms have it easy. Or that their position is cushy, not a “real job,” or a pursuit only for the simple minded.
