The recommendation from the steering board is to temporarily revoke the licenses of the students, and improve their knowledge of what happens when poor choices are made behind the wheel. ? Johnston County Sheriff Steve Bizzell attended the cremation of the most recent victim of poor teen driving and saw a kind of infractions made by more recent attendees. ?
